Dear Mr. Yuda

In connection with advertising that you offer in the paper, I want to hire you built for a birthday party to be held on 13 January 2017 in hall Hall flowers.

This event will be held on January 13, 2017 and will invite about 50 people. Since I do not know much about the facilities provided by this building very happy if you inform the facilities and services available in the building. I need a microphone, a sound system and a rectangular table.

For facilities in the food and beverage menu, I really want to cook western food theme because most of the guests who attended were children and most teenagers trends such as Western food. I like to drink menu soda, mineral water and orange juice and ice cream.

For the total cost, I want details separated from rental list building and the food will be more easily calculated by me. One more if I could order a birthday cake too. I feel happy if the building is to provide facilities and services I want.

Thank you for having sent a letter to me as the CEO Hall of interest. For rent our building of the Center for Building the Party we approve your request.

We agree, if you want to rent a building on the date you specify. the increase in capacity is only enough for 50 people. This building presents some of the rooms, there is a large living room and there is also a small room. The room was small just enough for 10 people, while the rooms were sufficient only for 50 to 100 people are great. We can also provide a microphone, sound system and a rectangular table. If needed the table we also provide mothers

For food and beverage service, you can visit our building to see the theme of diet you want. We provide services of Western food but the menu is pretty much Western food. I feel senanag if you want to visit our building to select menu again whatever food we want to serve

For the total cost, should we talk about is just so clear. Since we have our new building, we will give you a discount. Thank you for your willingness to hire our building
