 I recently ordered a new pair of sandals (item# 221.781.443-4231) of your website on January 5. I received the order from January 12 Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw that the sandals used. Sandals had dirt all over it and there was a small tear in the front left leg will go. My order number 221781443.

To overcome these promblems, I want you to credit my account for the amount charged for my sandals, I had to go and buy a new pair of slippers and sandals in a shoe store my local so another delivery would result I have two pairs of the sandals of the same.
